Best chocolate sugar and dairy free

  • 100ml coconut oil

  • 70g cacao

  • 20g honey/maple syrup

  • 70g cashews

  • 70g almonds

  • 20g desiccated coconut

  • 20g dried goji berries

How to make it:

  • Melt the coconut oil. Add to a bowl, and gradually stir in the raw cacao powder and honey until all combined and smooth.

  • Add all remaining ingredients to the mixture and make sure it is all evenly combined.

  • Pour into a lined baking tray (we used a square 20cm tray) and put in freezer to set.

  • Once mixture is solid, you can cut into desired sizes or break up into chunks.
