Best chocolate sugar and dairy free
100ml coconut oil
20g honey/maple syrup
20g desiccated coconut
20g dried goji berries
How to make it:
Melt the coconut oil. Add to a bowl, and gradually stir in the raw cacao powder and honey until all combined and smooth.
Add all remaining ingredients to the mixture and make sure it is all evenly combined.
Pour into a lined baking tray (we used a square 20cm tray) and put in freezer to set.
Once mixture is solid, you can cut into desired sizes or break up into chunks.
