Away from the hustle and bustle of Cairo’s traffic and the majesty of the Nile River, lies another historic body of water, the Red Sea. With multi-colored waters that glisten like rare jewels, and surrounded by the Sinai mountains, the Red Sea and South Sinai Desert should be on your “not to be missed” list of places to visit in Egypt. It is here in Dahab that we will go together on a journey of transformation in the process of becoming a yoga teacher. Dahab rests in the eastern corner of Egypt’s South Sinai Peninsula. Surrounded by Mt. Sinai and situated right on the Red Sea, Dahab is truly an oasis in the desert. Once primarily known as a fishing village, Dahab has become one of the coolest and chillest beach towns in Egypt drawing in free spirits, adventure travelers, scuba diver, climbers, windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts, and is a host to the largest freediving community in the world. It is simple living in Dahab, surrounded by nature we seek answers not from books only but from the world around us and the whisper inside.

Our diet will be nourishing, delicious, vegetarian and vegan food and where possible homemade. Students will practice Asana, Pranayama & Meditation daily along with having lectures & discussions on the essential topics for practicing and living yoga.

A portion of the training will be pre recorded lessons sent out prior to the journey to Dahab. The Anatomy portion of your YTT will be in your pre course work. Some asana practices to enable you to become familiar with the way I guide and recordings of set sequences like surya namaskar. It is essential to fully engage in these sessions and to be regularly practicing yoga to get the best from this training
