Getting smoothe with smoothies


The Ingredients

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 fresh or frozen banana

  • 1/2 avocado, seed removed

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc)

  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom

  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice

The Add-ons

  • 1 cup green leafy vegetable of choice Kale or Spinach

  • 1 tablespoon flax or chia seeds

  • 1 serving of your preferred protein powder, I love Juice Plus+ complete Vanilla

Place the ingredients into your high speed blender and blend for around 30-45 seconds or until your desired consistency is reached.
