Vegan Raw Tahini Squares
Anyone who knows me well will know I LOVE Tahini. My sister declares that I am the only person that can lick it from the spoon. I put it in my smoothies, use it for my favourite salad and steamed veggie dressings and dollop it into houmous. This recipe was always going to be a winner with me. I look forward to hearing if you love it too. Servings: Serves 6 consider making enough for 24 because these are seriously delicious. Ingredients: SLICE: 1 cup cashews blitzed in the foo

Buddah bowl
This is my kind of meal. Fresh, quick (just 30 minutes required!), satisfying, lots of vegetables, and plenty of protein. The beauty of a meal like this is you can use practically whatever produce you have on hand. For a variety of textures and flavors, I went with cucumber, green onion, red pepper, and carrot noodles. It seems like the world is waking up to the possibility of trading chronic diseases and inflammation for compassion, health and longevity. But why should you go vegan? Did you know th

For those that have known me when I was younger you may also remember the kitchen is not my natural domain. I was much more a bar and restaurant girl preferring to eat out then cook. I traveled extensively after university and never had a kitchen at hand. Forward wind 25 years.....I am making almond milk, creating vegan ice pops for a
