With summer approaching and outdoor events limited we are super excited to bring to you 

Karuna Summer Solstice Online Yoga Festival 19-21 June 2020

Immerse yourselves in an online experience that brings together the power of yoga, meditation, breath, art, dance and community.

This three day festival is an opportunity to come as you are. Whether you prefer to stay in PJs, pull on your yoga gear, dress in a tutu, with glitter and bindis or paint yourself in fluro everything goes....simply switch on and show up. Be ready to open your heart and mind, flow and sweat, breathe and balance, meditate and create and to enjoy the profound nourishment of the self that each of us is capable of creating and living.

It’s time to lift your spirit to its highest potential.

Teachers from around the globe will be offering Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin, family/children yoga, art, Meditation, Pranayama, Ayurveda, 5 Rhythms dance, and a chance to get some CE credits with online education.

As much yoga as you can do over a 3 day period.

 

Tickets are $40 or £30

Karuna 100hr or 200hr graduate discount $30 or £25

Continued Education sessions alone are $10 each or £9

These hours can be registered with the Yoga Alliance as YACEP session 1) Creative Transitions Session 2) Joint health

Class descriptions

  • Meditation - Developing the art of present moment awareness

  • Pranayama - Control and expansion of life force within us

  • Yang/Yin - Flowing movements followed by still holds

  • Dru - soft and flowing movements, controlled breathing and visualisation

  • Yin - Long held poses seated or laying. Simple but not easy

  • Vinyasa - Creative breath led asana

  • Kundalini - Meditation, chant and movement

  • Family Friendly - Something for the small pixies and fairies

  • Afrikan Yoga - Try and see

  • Sound Healing, combining the gong, singing bowl and melody from Lamu

  • Positive Psychology, Coaching & Far Eastern philosophy Workshop

  • 5 elements TCM Workshop - Understanding your element and adapting your life

  • Ayurveda Workshop - Modifying your practice to suit your dosha

  • Community Art - Movement, Meditation and Creation

  • Shamanic Journey -

  • 5 Rhythms Dance - 5Rhythms is a movement meditation practice devised by Gabrielle Roth in the late 1970s. It draws from indigenous and world traditions using tenets of shamanistic, ecstatic, mystical and eastern philosophy. It also draws from Gestalt therapy, the human potential movement and transpersonal psychology
